With just over two weeks to go of this term we are currently planning for Term 3.  Next term we have a staffing change.  Mr Warman, who is our current acting AST, and is currently on long service leave has decided next term to head back to his substantive school for 3 days a week and stay with us for two days to continue to lead literacy in the school.  As a result of this we advertised for a new AST.  I am very pleased to welcome Jocasta Clark to our school who will begin next term.  As Jocasta settles in to this amazing place I am sure you will all make her feel very welcome.  We are still finalising her exact role but will add details as we finalise this.

Next week (and this week for Kinder) all families are invited to make a time to meet with their child’s teacher to discuss how they are going this year. They will also be given the midyear report.  We are encouraging your child to come with you so everyone can be a part of the conversation about their learning and progress.  If you have not yet made a time and are unsure how to do so please contact the School Office and they can help you out. 

There are lots of excursions happening in the next two weeks so please check into school regularly and look out for permission and information forms.

School photos have arrived and will be sent home with students at the end of the school day.  Please ensure you check your child's bag upon their arrival home.

There are still a few sets of photos yet to arrive and those parents will be informed individually.
