Parent Teacher Interviews:
Yesterday we sent out a link to all families to book a time to meet with their child’s classroom teacher. Prep/1 J have their meetings next week and the rest of the school are the week beginning 21st June. It is wonderful to see that over half the families have already booked a time. Please make sure you make a time as these are such an important part of the partnership between school and home, to achieve the very best for your child. If you have any issues making a booking, please contact the office and they can support you with this.
Today Mr Rogers has been busy installing our new outside display boards. Keep a look out for these to be filled with happenings from around the school. The School Association information board is also with these boards at the top of the hall space. It is great to have that space back and plants will be going into the beautiful new garden areas soon.
As teachers have been busy finalising their reports the amazing learning has continued in all classes. As I wandered around last week, I noticed the many creative budding young artists we have in the classes. Check out some of the artwork in the photo gallery below.
This week everyone gets to enjoy a long weekend as Monday is the Queen’s Birthday Holiday. On Tuesday at 4:30 pm we have our next School Association meeting. All parents are always welcome to this. If you would like anything bought up for discussion, please make contact with any of the parent reps.
Apologies for the steps to the office being closed for an extended amount of time, there were issues with the suppliers of the not slip strips and now they have arrived they are waiting for a day dry enough to install them. Not too far away now.
Lost Property!!
Please check lost property as there are many many unclaimed polo fleece tops in there. On Monday there were even 2 down jackets that we could not return to their owners as there were no names on them. Please make sure all tops that the children take off when they get warm are clearly named so they can be sent back home to their owners.
