This term, the 4/5 students are exploring the inquiry, “How We Express Ourselves”. We have been engaging in visual literacy lessons and exploring how authors and illustrators use various techniques, to communicate their ideas using salience, image composition and figurative language.

Each day, as a part of our morning meeting, we have discussed famous artworks and their respective artists. The students have enjoyed creating their own art works in the style of Roy Lichtenstein and Andy Warhol.
