On April Fool’s Day all of our Prep and Year 1 students went to the New Norfolk Golf Course and this was no joke!

We caught the bus and travelled into our local community to the New Norfolk Golf Course! And what a tee-rific time we had.

Our first activity was on the green. We put our putting skills to the test, and it was very tricky. We then made our way into the building to check out what was inside. On the dance floor, we showed everyone our favourite dance moves. We went outside along the deck to see if we could spot where we were going to next! We could see orange flags in the distance so off we went to the practise green. We practised our golf grips, shoulder to shoulder swings, aiming and stance.

There was some fantastic aiming and swinging. I am sure we have some future Adam Scott’s, Hannah Green’s, Su-Hyun Oh’s and Jason Day’s among our Prep and Year 1 students!
