Health & Physical Education (HPE) Day is a nationwide initiative that highlights the importance of HPE and its influence on the learning and development of children. Research shows that children’s participation in physical activity leads to better student engagement, improved academic achievement, encourages lifelong participation and better health outcomes in adult life! Whether you’re a parent, caregiver or teacher - everyone has a role to play in helping young people take a step towards leading healthier and happier lives!

This year National HPE Day is on Wednesday 7^th September. Next week, our students will be celebrating this day by coming together and engaging in some new sports and activities. We will all have some fun while being active!
