SWISHERR HOOPS GRADE 6 EXCURSION
On Wednesday 26th June, Our Grade 6 students travelled to the Swisherr Hoops Basketball centre in Hobart!
Our students participated in basketball skill and game activities. We learnt some new activities and played some old favourites. Thank you to the Swisherr team and to Coach Zoe, Coach Caleb and Coach Alex for running our sessions.
On the last day of this term, July 5th, it will be our Grade 3/4 class's turn to travel to Swisherr Hoops!
Here are some highlights from our Year 6 students:
- Lachlan – Playing 2 vs 2 with Jack on my team was awesome!
- Amber – I enjoyed the shooting game we played. I got 4 shots in.
- Aiden – I loved the shooting drills.
- Heidi – trying to get my shots in was very challenging.
- Jack R – I got one of the students out in the game of goldenchild.
- Charlotte – I enjoyed the shooting drills.
