Welcome back everyone and welcome to our new Kinder class.  It was lovely seeing everyone back last Thursday in their new classes for 2025.  We have started the year with swimming for our grade 3 to 5 students which is going really well.  Thank you to all the families who got their Aquatic Consent forms back so promptly.

This year we will continue to use Seesaw for information from your child’s teachers and for the sharing of your child’s learning.  All families were automatically rolled over to the new classes but if you have any connection issues please contact the School Office.

As always, this term as part of our Sunsmart policy, all students require a bucket hat when outside.  These are available for purchase through the office if you are unable to find their hat from last year.  We also have new reversible sunhats in our house colours available for $10.00 each.

We have a busy term ahead so please regularly check in to our online calendar on our website and within the newsletter as these will be updated as new events are organised.

Our Staff started the year getting on top of their First Aid CPR Skills by taking part in their annual refresher held by Medical Edge.  This is one of the many things that we all do each year to ensure your children are in safe hands.

Lunch orders are back this year every Friday. We are still offering Kitchen Koo Sushi, Subway and Lily Taylor on alternate weeks.

On Friday 7th March after the completion of our Swimming and Water Safety Program we will start our year off with Kitchen Koo Sushi and Subway.  The week following we will have Lily Taylor with an updated menu.

Envelopes for all these providers along with a calendar for your fridge will be sent home next week.

Congratuations to a former student of Molesworth Primary School, Caylin Havenhand, on receiving the Primary Schools Outstanding Achievement Across the Curriculum Award at New Norfolk High School's prize presentation night.
